Stephanie Scott, RDN is a Registered Dietitian and co-founder of Whole Balance Health. Her holistic whole-food approach was born out of her own challenges with food and health. After failing to find solutions through conventional nutrition approaches, Stephanie embarked on a journey of self discovery that lead to the breakthroughs that now inspire her work with others. Stephanie now utilizes principles of holistic mind-body wellness and functional nutrition to effectively address a wide variety of health challenges.
Stephanie is also a certified Health and Wellness Coach through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a certified Eating Psychology and Mind Body Nutrition Coach through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. She is currently in training to receive certification as an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP) through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy and is also working on a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
