I believe in helping my clients live an empowered life. I have been a therapist for over 16 years in Colorado and 6 years in North Dakota. My clients learn how to: use coping skills, process their pain,  to be assertive, and to have boundaries to improve their quality of life. I provide therapy for individuals who need assistance with the following issues: trauma, PTSD, sexual addiction, codependency, EMDR II, family of origin, inner child, Post-Inductive Therapy, fear of intimacy, individual, Neuro-emotional technique, and abuse.
