Balanced Weighs is offered every Thursday at 6 pm in our conference room at the Whole Balance Health offices. Walk-ins are welcome, so feel free to show up unannounced.
Each week focuses on a new topic of exploration and may include holistic nutrition, mindfulness, body-image, self-empowerment, joyful movement, stress management, and more.

We're confident you'll benefit from what Balanced Weighs has to offer, so your first group is always free. After your first session group cost just 10.00 dollars.
